Practical, evidence-based workshops on menopause, sleep, energy and focus. Help employees understand midlife changes and leave with useful steps they can take. Delivered by a pharmacist and University of Toronto clinical instructor, virtually or in person.
I'm Evgenia Zassepskai, PharmD, RPh, a community pharmacist and menopause educator. I also teach as a Clinical Instructor at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto. My work focuses on menopause, hormone therapy, women's health and healthy aging. After more than a decade behind the community pharmacy counter, I've watched too many capable, accomplished women blindsided by perimenopause symptoms nobody warned them about.
